I see it in their eyes and feel it in my heart. Shared Beat is back in Guatemala, a bit of normal. Our last trip was in February 2020, and we have been patiently waiting to return, safely. There are familiar faces around every corner. Some things have changed, but the overwhelming feeling of being embraced by our mission is stronger than ever.
The team trickles in over the weekend. Monday, we get to look into the faces of 275 curious, smart and beautiful faces. We will keep you posted all this week on our return.
